A 20-year-old man was arrested in reference to a taking pictures Sunday close to Virginia’s James Madison College that injured eight folks.
Tyreaf Isaiah Fleming, 20, of Harrisonburg, was arrested on fees of tried homicide, aggravated malicious wounding, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and using a firearm through the fee of a felony, in keeping with the Harrisonburg Police Division. Further fees are anticipated.
Police introduced Fleming’s arrest at about 4:30 p.m., hours after the taking pictures within the 1500 block of Devon Lane, lower than a mile from the college in Harrisonburg.
An investigation is underway to find out if another extra suspects had been concerned, officers stated.
Photographs had been fired round 2:20 a.m. right into a crowd at an outside gathering close to the college, police stated.
