Family and friends remember 7-year-old girl killed in Atlanta shooting

Household and associates held a vigil remembering a 7-year-old lady killed by a stray bullet at a household gathering in Atlanta.

Ava Phillips was remembered on the occasion, which befell on the house constructing in northeast Atlanta the place she died.

Police say an argument broke out in the course of the gathering and escalated into gunfire. One of many bullets hit Phillips within the head, killing her.

Phillips’ mom Kemeka Springfield faces weapons and aggravated assault charges in reference to the case.
