Pictures shared by the Georgia Department of Transportation on social media have some folks scratching their heads.
DPS shared photographs of a pickup truck hauling a trailer by western Center Georgia.
The publish stated the container hung off the trailer and over the highway by 15 ft, 9 inches.
“Unsafe and unacceptable,” the publish stated.
It is not obvious if the motive force faces prices or citations. Officers did not describe how the trailer was finally transported or what was inside.
In line with the Georgia Motor Carrier and Consumer Division, trailer overhang is restricted to 3 ft to the entrance and 4 ft to the rear on state routes.
