A university scholar in Louisiana was fatally shot in her automobile early Friday morning, authorities mentioned.
Allison Rice, 21, of Geismar, died within the capturing that occurred about 2:19 a.m. on the 1500 block of Authorities Road, in response to a press release from Baton Rouge police.
