A 25-year-old man who jumped on high of an 18-wheeler and began dancing died after the truck handed beneath a bridge and he was knocked off, police stated.
The incident unfolded on Nov. 10 at about 11:35 a.m. at 200 Eastex Freeway, the Houston Police Division stated in a Monday information launch.
The motive force of the pink Kenworth tractor-trailer truck was touring southbound and didn’t understand when the person “jumped or climbed onto the highest of the trailer portion of the automobile,” police stated.
The person then “started dancing” and was probably recording himself. He has not been publicly recognized.
When the truck handed beneath the Tuam Avenue bridge, the person “was struck and knocked off the trailer onto the freeway major lanes.”
Paramedics responded to the scene and the person was transported to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Middle, the place he was pronounced lifeless.
The motive force of the automobile was questioned, decided to not be impaired, and launched.
The investigation is ongoing. NBC Information has reached out to the police division for extra particulars.
