Myanmar releasing 4 foreign prisoners in amnesty, state media say

BANGKOK — Myanmar’s state media reported the nation’s military-controlled authorities was releasing and deporting an Australian tutorial, a Japanese filmmaker and an ex-British diplomat as a part of a prisoner amnesty to mark the nation’s Nationwide Victory Day.
