Two fishermen whose alleged dishonest at an Ohio fishing event went viral pleaded not responsible Wednesday to costs of tried grand theft and different crimes.
Jacob Runyan, 42, and Chase Cominsky, 35, mentioned nothing throughout a quick arraignment at Cuyahoga County Courtroom of Frequent Pleas. Their bond was set at $2,500 every.
Runyan and Cominsky had been indicted this month on costs of dishonest, possession of legal instruments and illegal possession of untamed animals after a video appeared to point out their catch filled with lead weights at a event.
The pair had sought a $28,760 payout on the Sept. 30-to-Oct. 1 Lake Erie Walleye Path Event in Cleveland, the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Workplace has mentioned.
