Vikings Trade for Texans Defensive Tackle Ross Blacklock, per Report

As groups across the league are finalizing their rosters for Week 1, the Vikings have pulled off a commerce to bolster their defensive entrance.

Minnesota is reportedly buying defensive deal with Ross Blacklock from the Texans, according to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network. The Vikings may also obtain a seventh-round decide, whereas Houston will get a sixth-round decide.

Blacklock, 24, was a second-round decide by the Texans in 2020 after a productive faculty profession at TCU. He was a freshman All-American in ’17 and a first-team All-Massive 12 choice in ’19, when he recorded 40 tackles and three.5 sacks.

In two seasons with Houston, Blacklock appeared in 29 video games with three begins. He made 22 mixed tackles final season with two sacks and 6 quarterback hits.
